(high gloss)

Our applicators are seeing numerous advancements over previous versions of High & Mighty. These include: Better gloss retention and DOI, a more durable/harder finish, a faster mixing process (2-3 min total) and even more user-friendly qualities. (gloss = 90°)

High & Mighty Sealer
This sealer is a base-coat for any of the High & Mighty II clear finishes. Designed specifically for VCT, VAT, and SCT, this sealer will fill in the pores of the substrate which improves the overall “per square foot” coverage rate, simplifies the removal process, and eliminates the need for multiple coats of High & Mighty II.

Non-Slip / Safety Solutions
Negaard Enterprises has been extremely successful in providing finishes that always exceed OSHA and ADA requirements of SCOF (Standard Coefficient of Friction). We provide consulting and additional products that can improve the SCOF readings for the most demanding environments. Products include: numerous Grit Additives, a high-tech cleaner that improves SCOF - Performance Grip, and SCOF Testing Equipment.

Preparation Materials
Prior to applying our high-tech floor finishes, it is a suggested practice to remove all previously applied finishes from the floor. The use of our Ultra-Blue Stripping Pads and One Strip wax remover can dramatically speed up the floor preparation process.

Floor Machines

Cleaning Procedures and Chemicals

The use of “multi-stage walk-off matting” and proper Chair Casters and Floor Protectors will protect your flooring investment for years to come.
